Summer Program
Middle School and High School:
For 7th through 12th Graders from Norfolk, Plainville, Wrentham
- These leagues are primarily “Baseball Age” based
Your Players birthdate on or before May 1st - Depending on how many kids are interested, most years we field:
- Hockomock 13U (Primarily 7th Grade, occasionally younger 8th Grade)
- Hockomock 14-15U (Primarily 8th and 9th Grade, occasionally younger 10th Grade)
- Barnstormer 13-15U (Primarily 7th, 8th and 9th Grade, occasionally younger 10th Grade)
- More/less are dependent on registration
- The past few years, we have not had enough interest to field “older” teams:
- We are ALWAYS interested in trying.
- Hockomock Diamond Division (9th to 12th Grade: 16U and above)

Hockomock Teams:
- Competitive Teams: formed via an evaluation / try-out that will happen in late-May / early-June
- Rosters will be kept to 11-13 players
- The league may form 1 or 2 teams per age cohort
Barnstormer Teams:
- Recreational Teams: formed via anyone not wishing to try-out for Hockomock teams or anyone that doesn’t make a Hockomock Team
- Rosters will ensure everyone has a place to play baseball, may get larger
- Often this depends on the number of volunteers we can find to play the Head Coach/Manager role.
- The league will field as many teams as make sense given the registration each season
